Ethan Coleman from Olympia and Jamar Distel from Riverside join DyeStat editor Doug Binder to discuss the upcoming Washington state cross country championships in Pasco, Wash. Both runners are among the best in the country and have earned a chance to return to state meet competition for the first time since 2019. Washington has not contested a cross country or track championship meet since November of 2019, when Coleman and Distel were sophomores. The pair also discuss their recent college commitments -- Coleman to Notre Dame and Distel to the University of Washington.
